 SEEBRIG Mourns for Nation 4

17 September 2009                 SEEBRIG HQ members kept a moment of silence in remember of Nation 4    soldiers who lost their lifes in Afghanistan. SEEBRIG commemorated the death of 6 Nation 4   personnel on 17 September 2009 in KABUL while performing their patrolling duties.

 Study Trip to Marmara and West Black Sea Regions 

02 - 03 September 2009                   According to the SEEBRIG annual plan, a study trip to Marmara and West Black Sea Regions was organized on 2-3 September 2009. The activity purpose was to inform SEEBRIG HQ personnel and their dependents about geographical, economical, historical and cultural aspects of these regions of the host nation. A short ceremony was organized in Izmit in front of the earthquake monument where all participants observed a moment of silence to commemorate the victims of 1999 earthquakes. More...
