Dr. Velizar Shalamanov, NATO Command, Control and Consultation Agency (NC3A), Director of Directorate Sponsor Account NATO & Nations, conductedan official visit to SEEBRIG HQ in Istanbul.
This was the first NC3A official visit to SEEBRIG. Brig. Gen. Zyber Dushku and his staff discussed with Dr. Shalamanov Regional Defence Cooperation for South-Eastern Europe, potential NC3A support to brigade’s Capability Package Review and the possibilityfor SEEBRIG to be recognized as a NC3A eligible customer. During the office call with the Commander, the need for formalization of future cooperation with NC3A was stressed,as part of South-Eastern Europe Defence Ministerial (SEDM) process.
