From 16 - 19 March 2010, the Main Planning Conference (MPC) for the exercise “SEESIM-10” was held in Tirana. SEEBRIG attended this conference with a team which consists of three officers. The MPC began with welcoming remarks by Brig. Gen. Sander Lleshi, Commander of Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), of Nation 1  and by Mr. Jimmie Opilla, United States Joint Forces Command. The work was organized in plenary session and syndicates. Based on “SEESIM 10 Exercise” Scenario this conference discussed about Main Events List (MEL) and Main Incidents List (MIL). The planning process is on going. SEEBRIG is part of this exercise and will participate in the execution phase in Tirana and Istanbul The Conference was co-chaired by Nation 1  (as Host Nation for “SEESIM-10 Exercise” and United States Joint Forces Command (as support nation).
