SEEBRIG participates “Safe City Safe Life Meeting Istanbul 2009”

SEEBRIG delegation consisting of three officers participated “Safe City Safe Life Meeting Istanbul 2009” in "Cemal Resit Rey Concert Hall" in Istanbul on 14-15 August 2009. The meeting was organized by Istanbul City Special Provincial Administration and Istanbul Project Coordination Unit under the leadership of Istanbul Governorship in the context of ISMEP Project (Istanbul Reducing the Seismic Risk and Emergency Preparation Project).
The main purpose was, in 10th year of Marmara earthquake, to inform participants and local population about the conducted natural disaster (earthquake) preparation works through the media using panel activities and discussions.
