A SEEBRIG evaluation team consisting of 7 officers headed by COMSEEBRIG BG Zdravko POPOVSKI conducted an evaluation visit to Na 6 units allocated to SEEBRIG.

A SEEBRIG HQ team consisting of five officers, headed by COMSEEBRIG Brigadier General Zyber DUSHKU, conducted an evaluation visit to Nation 6 �units assigned to SEEBRIG.

The visit was carried out between 19th to 21st of April 2010, in Topraisar and Constanta Garrisons.

The evaluation visit started with a Medal Parade Ceremony held in 341st Inf. Bn. barracks. Fifteen former members of SEEBRIG HQ Nucleus Staff were awarded with SEEBRIG Accomplishment Medal for the outstanding performance during their tour of duty in SEEBRIG HQ. The medals were presented by COMSEEBRIG - Brigadier General Zyber DUSHKU, Nation 6 �Chief of Strategic Planning Directorate � Major General Virgil BALACEANU and Commander of the 9th Inf Bde � Brigadier General Vasile HERMENEANU.

The overall objective of the visit was to evaluate the present combat capabilities of the 341st Inf Bn, 353rd Eng Coy, Recce Pl and the Trans Pl/168 Log Bn, for the future possible involvement of these units in PSOs and DROs.

According to the evaluation program, the Commander of the 341st Inf Bn, LtC Paul MOGLAN, briefed the evaluation team over the battalion capabilities and PSOs experience. The visit continued with an inspection of the units, focusing on the combat readiness, equipments, weapons and training facilities.

In the second day of evaluation visit, units from 341st Inf Bn conducted a field training exercise. During the exercise were presented the organization and the main activities of the Bn TOC, convoy escort and patrolling missions in the Bn AOR, as well as other specific tasks assigned to the units.

Overall assessment was that the Bn HQ and its units are well prepared and capable to conduct any missions as part of SEEBRIG in PSOs.
